GENERAL INSTALLATION
1. Hoisting of decks to required floor level.
2. Opening up of bundles, preparing for laying of decks.
3. Cutting of decks to suit its length.
4. After cleaning beam surface and markings completed, decks are laid side by
side.
5. Following installation instructions and procedures, firing pins or puddle
welding is performed to join decks to beams.
6. Edge form is fixed to prevent concrete grout from failing off.
7. Weld through composite beam shear studs are fixed with welding gun.
8. Reinforcements are placed over after installations of deckings are completed.
9. Clearing the floor ready for concreting.
